Supporting the CASE coalition to take part in a Council of Europe’s public consultation. CASE is a coalition of non-governmental organizations from across Europe united in recognition of the threat posed to public watchdogs by Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation (SLAPPs). CASE took part in public consultations to comment on the Draft Recommendation CM/Rec(20XX)XX of the Committee of Ministers to member states on countering the use of SLAPPs. Dimes supported them in drafting their technical comments.
