The project’s objective was twofold. Firstly, it focused on designing and implementing a training program for public sector employees. This program aimed to enable them to acquire and develop the skills and knowledge necessary for integrating a gender perspective into their policy activities. Secondly, the project aimed at developing a pilot program for local financial institutions. This involved establishing dimensions and indicators relevant to implementing gender-specific policy mandates, with the goal of incorporating a gender perspective in financial inclusion processes. The pilot program included the participation of three local financial institutions.
